Chelsea Cummings, Staff Veterinarian

Dr. Chelsea Cummings was born and raised in the lovely state of Maine. Growing up, it was her family's love and knowledge of animals that fueled her dream of becoming a veterinarian. She received her Bachelor's degree in Medical Biology from the University of New England in 2008 and made the journey to California in the fall of the same year. After working and gaining experience at several clinics in Ventura County, she went on to pursue her DVM at St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies, which she completed in January 2017. She is extremely proud to be a member of the VCA Camino Animal Hospital family and enjoys working every day with such an amazing team. She is happily married and has two stepchildren and two crazy mutts.
