Rachel K., Lead Veterinary Technician

Rachel was born and raised in Baltimore. She has loved animals all of her life and has always wanted to care for them. She grew up with many different kinds of animals ranging from rabbits and birds to cats and dogs. She has been working in the veterinary field since 2007 and joined the VCA Animal Hospital at Centre Park team in April of 2012. She currently has two beagles named and Allie & Caramel Latte, and a bunny named Chip.

"Throughout my life, I have had a variety of animals and have always loved being able to help provide care for them. It was a natural progression to join the veterinary field. it is a unique business because not only do we get to do what we love, but we are able to get to know pets and their owners. One of my favorite things about this job is being able to educate our clients about how to properly care for their pets. I thoroughly enjoy my job!"
