Stacey Creasey, Emergency Veterinarian
Stacey Creasey, DVM, is a 2004 graduate of Mississippi State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Delaware and spent two years as a pediatric NICU nurse prior to attending vet school.
Dr. Creasey is a native Delawarean and has worked in the in the animal field since the age of 14; first starting as a kennel assistant, then working as a receptionist and finally veterinary technician. Her areas of interest include emergency medicine and critical care. She currently resides in Hockessin with her husband Brett, and two sons - Cole and Austin.
Dr. Creasey takes great pride in making sure that your pets stay healthy and receive the best care. To her, the most rewarding part of being a veterinarian is guiding an animal's recovery process through illness or injury and then being able to discharge the animal back to their owner in a healthy and happy condition.
At home, Dr. Creasey's feline family consists of five cats: George, Alley, Penny, Crushy and Minnie, all of whom are rescues. In her free time, Dr. Creasey enjoys traveling, spending time with her boys, connecting with nature, and catching up on Netflix!
