Brianne Gessen, Medical Director

Dr. Gessen was born and raised by the beach in the West Los Angeles area. She graduated from UC Davis Veterinary School. Dr. Gessen was active in the feral cat spay and neuter programs while at school, as well a variety of school clubs. She has since relocated to Santa Rosa with her two brindle mutts, Mugsy and Sandy.

Year round, Dr. Gessen enjoys keeping her dogs busy with a variety of outdoor adventures from hiking to romping on the beach, or simply playing anywhere they can be off leash. During the winter months, Dr. Gessen can be found hitting the slopes on her snowboard in the local mountains. And yes, the brindles also love to play in the snow!
