Eliot Kaplan, Veterinary Specialist

Dr. Eliot Kaplan was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He went to the University of Missouri College Of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 1984. Dr. Kaplan completed a small animal internship in small animal medicine in 1985 and in 1986 he opened a small animal practice in British Columbia, Tri-Lake Animal Hospital. In 1991 he became a diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners and was designated as a specialist in canine and feline practice. Dr. Kaplan did a sabbatical at VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital from 2002-2003. In 2009 he set up a specialty center adjacent to the small animal practice called Lake Country Veterinary Specialist Hospital. From 2010-2015 Dr. Kaplan worked as a specialist at Lake Country Veterinary Specialty Hospital as well as a general practitioner at Tri-Lake Animal Hospital.
